Our installation group, licensed currently in 15 states and the City of Philadelphia, provides full-service industrial electrical services, including power and service installations as well as expert machine and control system installations. We provide these services across the U.S., and we are a preferred contractor for OEMs specializing in the installation of capital equipment and projects with an emphasis on control and communications wiring. We have deep experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries with hazardous area (all classifications) and intrinsically safe wiring.

Our UL panel shop has a full-time staff of expert panel fabricators who take pride in producing control panels with meticulous care and attention to detail.  Several OEMs utilize our expertise to produce panels of exceptional quality at an affordable price.

In 2001, factory floor engineers at ACI developed Factory Intelligence Network (FIN) data collection software to help a plastics compounding customer tackle data collection problems on disparate pieces of legacy equipment. For years now, FIN has been instrumental in helping plant personnel collect the critical data points they need at their fingertips to make intelligent business decisions, and in helping plants cut costs, reduce product returns and waste, and enhance efficiency and profitability.
